the theme was working fine but suddenly the carousal stopped working and my live site went down the drain. I have raised an issue via contact us but asking me to wait for a minimum of 1 business day. Cannot do that on a live site - some sort of additional support is required. Shopify has taken their eyes of it suggesting third party themes that they cannot support.
So much of this theme is wonderful. Love the designs and love the speed load times.
All I can say is: WOW! I received truly exceptional customer service - even long before I decided to purchase the theme. I took my time to adjust the theme, play around with it, learn as much as I could about it to know if and that I wanted to use this theme for my online shop. Every question I had was resolved with incredible patience and easy to understand support. My Shop runs great!
