Hello, I would like to put some reviews with Vitals but I dont see the reviews on my store. Is it normal ?

Changing my review after Shopify reply, and emails to support keep returning "undelivered". I have tried the Forums. None of the solutions I've found, or been given, have worked. They've done literally nothing. That's why I included it in my review. SEO headings that start 10xtimes bigger than, and end half the size of, the body font don't make sense and look bad.
